Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) (IATA: KUL, ICAO: WMKK) is the main international airport serving Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. It is located in the Sepang District of Selangor, approximately 45 kilometres (28 mi) south of downtown Kuala Lumpur and serves the city's greater conurbation. KLIA is the largest and busiest airport in Malaysia. In 2023, it handled 47,224,000 passengers, 660,040 tonnes of cargo and 319,026 aircraft movements. It is the world's 35th-busiest airport by total passenger traffic.
